When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, order contents, and the fact that payment succeeded. When you subscribe: your email address. When you browse: anonymous, aggregated page statistics.

We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment processor.

To produce and deliver your order, to answer support requests, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you asked for it — to send occasional email. Order data is processed on the legal basis of performing our contract with you; marketing email on the basis of your consent.

Our commerce platform and payment processor, and the print partners who physically make and ship your order. They receive only what they need to complete the job and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Order records are retained for as long as tax law requires, typically six to seven years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support email is kept for two years.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where we are not legally required to keep it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to support@markedcopy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
