Shipping

Orders enter production within one business day. Apparel is typically made in two to five business days; mugs, prints, and other desk objects in two to four. Large or mixed orders can take slightly longer, and items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

Once dispatched, domestic orders usually arrive in three to five business days. International orders generally arrive in seven to twenty business days depending on destination and customs. Production time and transit time are separate — add them together for a realistic estimate.

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the production facility. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, it is almost always a carrier scanning delay rather than a lost parcel. Give it two more days, then write to us.

Where possible, orders are produced in the region closest to the delivery address to shorten transit. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Check your address carefully at checkout. Once an item is in production we cannot change the destination. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed; reshipping is charged at cost.
